By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact our support team to deactivate your account.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Subscription Fees If you are a subscriber, you agree to pay all fees associated with the Service at the rates in effect when incurred. Payment can be made by credit card or invoice. Annual subscriptions are for 12 months.

3.2 Non-Refundable All fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods, upgrades, downgrades, or unused services.

3.3 Payment Issues If you have concerns about your billing method or suspect unauthorized access, please contact our billing support team immediately. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.

4. Renewals and Cancellations

4.1 Automatic Renewal All subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis. You will be notified in advance of any upcoming renewal.

4.2 Cancellation If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges. Cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for the current subscription period.

5. Ownership and Usage Restrictions

5.1 Intellectual Property All content on Space Investments—including articles, graphics, charts, data visualizations, research reports, analysis, models, and tools ("Content")—is owned by Space Investments or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Prohibited Uses You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials with others or allow simultaneous access by multiple users on one account

  • Forward, distribute, or otherwise share PDF versions of reports or any Content

  • Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on any Content

  • Scrape, copy, or extract data using automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code or underlying technology

  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate this Agreement

  • Resell, license, or commercialize any Content or access to the Service

5.3 Enforcement Space Investments reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if these terms are violated, without refund.

6. No Financial Advice and Investment Disclaimers

6.1 No Advisory Relationship Space Investments does not provide investment advice, financial planning, tax guidance, or legal counsel. The Service is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or investment.

6.2 Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating the merits and risks of any investment decisions

  • Conducting your own due diligence

  • Consulting qualified financial, tax, and legal advisors before making decisions

  • Understanding that all investments carry risk, including potential loss of principal

6.3 No Guarantees We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or reliability of content

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

12.2 No Liability for Investment Decisions Space Investments, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and content providers shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or business decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

12.3 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Investments' total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Space Investments in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12.4 Exclusion of Damages In no event shall Space Investments be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits or investment losses

  • Loss of data or business opportunities

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of anticipated savings

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Space Investments, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service

  • Your violation of this Agreement

  • Your violation of any law or regulation

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Any investment decisions you make based on information from the Service

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction and Venue Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida (Orlando). Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14.3 Dispute Resolution Process Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Provide a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution to our contact email.


15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Space Investments and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or provision.

15.4 Assignment You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure We are not liable for delays, failures in performance, or interruptions of service resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Acts of government or regulatory authorities

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

  • Power outages or telecommunications failures

  • Cyber attacks or security breaches

  • Labor disputes or strikes

15.6 Service Modifications Space Investments reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
